Setting up your email server.

By default, your email accounts do not come free with your hosting.

Most hosting providers require you to purchase an email server as well to create email account associated with your domain.

We recommend all our clients to go with g-suite when creating their emails.

Google's email servers are highly reputable and thus less of your email sent will go into the spam folder by default. ( Very important for credibility if you are contacting customers. )

How to setup Google Workspace ( formally G-suite) ?

Head to G-suite and create an account.

After filling up your personal info, you will see this page, choose the "Yes, I have one that I can use"

Fill up your domain name

Confirm your domain name

Create your first email account

You must verify that you own the domain, click the verify button

Click "Or switch verification method"

Click add a meta tag

Click continue that you are using homepage html and open your wordpress dashboard ( super admin )

Copy your meta tag

And go to the settings in your Wordpress dashboard ( in a new tab ) and click insert header and footer ( You must be in your superadmin account )

Paste the meta tag in the header section

Remember to click the update button, and then click verify my domain back in the google setup page

That's it you are done!

How to send emails from my form using my new email?

By default, Wordpress uses PHP mail to send emails from your form, the resulting email address is gibberish.

You can specify to send response from your g-suite email by setting up your smtp mail server.

You can do so for free by adding this plugin WPMail smtp to your wordpress installation. ( Remember to activate it after installing )
