When you have any burning questions

We believe you want an explanation immediately when you have a question. Thus we have set in place a comprehensive self-help center.

You can also monitor closely the progress of your website on our project management tool.

This allows our designers to continue working on your project without sudden interruptions from other clients.

If your question is not available in the self-help center, simply submit a suggest a question here and we will update the self-help center as well as send you an email with the updated answer.

Revision process

One of the greatest time loss that occurs when designing a website is finding a suitable appointment time that suits both parties.

Making ourselves available to book an appointment is one less timeslot for design work and this adds up very quickly to the cost of our end product.

We understand that sometimes typing out the changes can be tedious and limiting.

Thus you will be using a tool called Volley that allows and do a video screen capture review at your own time and pace, anywhere you want.

There is no need to download, you can simply use this tool from your browser, go to your website and tell us about the changes that you want.

Our designers will then look through your submission and update the task list so you can track your progress on your review items.

This is the same for every revision process.

What if this working style is not for me?

There are limitations to every affordable website project and we are upfront about it instead of stringing you with a series of Nos along when you are already knees deep in the project.
